I really like the Website's Design and the visibility of the Feedback by other customers; however, I would have liked to have more information about the Purifying Mud Mask (like: can I use it as my go-to shampoo once or twice a week or is it rather a treatment that would damage the hair/scalp if its used more often than once a week)?

My wife recently purchased hydrating shampoo and conditioner with Aloe Vera. The products left her hair dry,, not nourished and shinny as described in product info. She contacted Christophe Robin and asked could it be changed to another product - they said no. The shampoo contains Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate. Enough said!

Ordered $173 US from this company; 5 products and 2 free samples. I only received the 2 free samples but the money was taken from my credit card. Very poor customer service. I keep writing but customer service isn’t replying. Is this company a scam or what?. Where’s my products that I paid for and why aren’t you responding about this issue.

i liked that there are smaller versions of the products i would like to try. The shopping experience was great with a tiny hickup in the end, when the site first offered me a free gift and then i had applied some automatic discount, and the gift was taken away.

Love the products they are a little costly for me being NHS nurse but just found out I can get a 30% NHS discount that helps massively.. The products are a must have for me especially Baby Blonde xxx

I have bought your product several times. I will continue to use it because it has given my hair such a lift that my hairdresser says it is the best it has been (I have been with her for well over twenty years - since she qualified.
I cannot say anything better - wonderful.

My experience with ordering was overall great. My only disappointment is that the free offers and discounts change frequently. I was looking at placing an order prior to my current order (about 36 hours ago on 12/9/22) and I was offered a 75ml Aloe Vera conditioner for £10. Today (13/9/22) when I returned and logged-in to officially place my order, that bonus was not offered. It was a little disappointing.
Other than this, I would like to see the Anti-Pollution regime made available in a bundle please, particularly the thermal mud mask with the detangling gelée conditioner. I am also wanting to try the Aloe Vera scrub.
